RESOLUTION NO. 16-196
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME-
EXTENSION TO AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DRC2014-00566
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration a Time-Extension to an Improvement Agreement executed on December 7, 2016,
by TREF Rancho, LLC, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the
real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the north side of 4th Street,
west of Center Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said DRC2014-00566; and
WHEREAS, said Time-Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient
Improvement Security, which is identified in said Time-Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby resolves
that said Time-Extension and said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2016.
