A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT BASE LINE ROAD AND
SAN CARMELA COURT FOR TRACT 18212 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the installation of the traffic signal and related improvements at the
intersection of Base Line Road and San Carmela Court for Tract 18212 have been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is complete;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES that the work has been accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2017.
