A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR DRC2015-00789
WHEREAS, DRC2015-00789, submitted by WF Feron LLC, located on the south side of
7th Street, west of Hellman Avenue, in the Low -Medium (LM) Zoning District, was approved by
the Planning Director of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on November 30, 2015; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA.
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2017.
