This is the time and place for the general public to address the Committee. State law prohibits the Committee
from addressing any issue not previously included on the Agenda. The Committee may receive testimony and
set the matter for a subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They
will be acted upon by the Community and Arts Foundation Executive/Finance Committee at one
time without discussion. Any item may be removed by a Member or member of the audience for
discussion.

next meeting. These items will not be discussed at this meeting, only identified for the next

G. ADJOURNMENT
