A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADJUSTING PARKING CITATION
FEES FOR THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
A. Recitals.
1. On June 21, 2017, City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga conducted a duly
noticed public hearing on the proposed adjustments to parking citation fees.
2. All legal prerequisites prior to the adoption of this Ordinance have occurred.
B. Resolution.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga finds and resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby specifically finds that all the facts set forth in the
Recitals, Part A, of this Ordinance are true and correct.
SECTION 2: The City hereby amends Resolution 10-165 and adopts the following bail
amounts for parking citations issued by or as authorized by the Rancho Cucamonga Police
Department:
