A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF
APPROVED SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORITY (SBCTA) FUNDING FROM TRANSPORTATION
DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA), ARTICLE 3, 20% TRANSIT
ACCESS FUNDS FOR THE FY 2016/2017 SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS FOR BUS STOPS AT 9 LOCATIONS,
CONTRACT NO. 17-097
WHEREAS, the FY 2016/2017 sidewalk improvements for bus stops at 9 locations, CONTRACT
NO. 17-097, has been completed and accepted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves to
authorize the City Engineer to file a claim form and submission of reimbursement requests for
approved SBCTA funding from the Transportation Development Act (TDA), Article 3, 20%Transit
Access Funds.
