PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Regular Meeting
September 8, 2010
Chairman Munoz called the Regular Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission to order at 8:25 p.m. The meeting was held in the Rains Room at Rancho Cucamonga
Civic Center, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
ROLL CALL
COMMISSIONERS: PRESENT: Richard Fletcher, Lou Munoz, Francisco Oaxaca, Ray
Wimberly
ABSENT: Frances Howdyshell
STAFF PRESENT: Candyce Burnett, Senior Planner; Mayuko Nakajima, Assistant Planner;
Jennifer Nakamura,Associate Planner; Lois Schrader, Planning Commission

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: Moved by Oaxaca, seconded by Wimberly, carried 4-0-1 (Howdyshell absent),to approve
the Special Tour minutes of August 24, 2010.
Motion: Moved by Wimberly, seconded by Fletcher, carried 4-0-1 (Howdyshell absent),to approve
the Regular Meeting minutes of August 25, 2010
Motion: Moved by Wimberly, seconded by Oaxaca, carried 4-0-1 (Howdyshell absent),to approve
the Adjourned Meeting minutes of August 25, 2010

The Planning Commission adjourned at 8:28 p.m. to a workshop. The workshop adjourned at
