PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Regular Meeting
May 10,2006 •
Chairman Stewart called the Regular Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held in the Council Chambers at Rancho
Cucamonga Civic Center, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Chairman
Stewart then led in the pledge of allegiance. •

COMMISSIONERS: PRESENT: Richard Fletcher, Rich Macias, Lou Munoz, Cristine McPhail,
Pam Stewart
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Dan Coleman, Acting City Planner; Doug' Fenn, Associate Planner; Kevin
Ennis, Assistant City Attorney; Dan James, Senior Civil Engineer; Barbara •
Tuncay, Planning Department Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENTS

Chairman Stewart welcomed the students of Los Osos High School.City of the Development Review process.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: Moved by Fletcher, seconded by Macias, carried 5-0,to approve the minutes as presented ,
of the April 12, 2006 Planning Commission meeting.
Motion: Moved by Fletcher, seconded by McPhail, (Macias Abstain) carried 4-0-1, to approve the
minutes as presented of the April 26, 2006 Planning Commission meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP SUBTPM17423-CIP
REAL ESTATE - A request to subdivide 3.37 net acres of land into a single parcel for 26
condominium units in the Haven Avenue Overlay District (Subarea 6), located at the
northeast corner of Haven Avenue and Trademark Parkway-APN: 0210-081-017. Related
File: Development Review DRC2005-00585. Staff has prepared a Negative Declaration of
environmental impacts for consideration. This item is re-advertised from the April 12, 2006
meeting.

Chairman Stewart opened the public hearing and asked if the applicant was present and seeing the
applicant was not present, Chairman Stewart then asked if there were any public comments,seeing
that there were none; closed the public hearing and opened it to the commission for action.
Motion: Moved by Macias, seconded by Fletcher, carried 5-0 to approve Tentative Parcel Map
SUBTPM17423 presented by Staff by the following vote:
AYES: FLETCHER, MACIAS, MUNOZ, McPHAIL, STEWART
