PRESENT: Dennis Stout, Charles Buquet ABSENT: William Alexander, Diane Willjams, Pamela Wright COMMISSIONERS: PRESENT: Larry McNiel, John Melcher, Wendy Vallette ABSENT: Suzanne Chitiea, Peter Tolstoy STAFF PRESENT: Brad Buller, City Planner; Jerry Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Alan Warren, Associate Planner , , , , , At approximately 9:15 a.m. all those present left by City van to visit the following projects: 1. Mountain Vista, 10300 and 10400 Arrow Route 2. Monterey Village, 13203 Arrow Route 3. Meadowbrook Village, northeast corner of Arrow and Hermosa 4. Terrace Apartments, 8383 Fir Drive 5. Rancho Villas, 8033 Romona Avenue 6. Heritage Park, 9601 Lomita Court 7. Sycamore Springs, 7127 Archibald Avenue 8. Loma Vista, 9600 19th Street 9. Rudolph Hendrickson, 6628 Amethyst Avenue 10. Woodhaven, 6230 Haven Avenue 11. Lynnhaven, 10655 Lemon Avenue 12. Hunters Chase , 10757 Lemon Avenue 13. Steeple Chase, 10801 Lemon Avenue 14. Moncieto Apartments, southeast corner of Mountain View and Milliken Avenue 15. Del Mar Apartments, 7903 Elm Avenue ROLL CALL COUNCIL MEMBERS: Members of the City Council and Planning Commission commented on various features within each complex which they felt promoted or detracted from good quality development. The field trip concluded at 12:00 noon at the Civic Center's main entrance. The Planning Commission adjourned to a Workshop regarding Sycamore Village, Fire Station No. 3, and Phase II of Fire Station No. 4 following the February 7, 1991., Design Review Committee meeting.
