PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Adjourned Meeting
July 6, 1995
Chairman Barker called the Adjourned Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission to order at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was held at BHP Steel USA,
Inc., 11200 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

David Barker, Larry McNiel, Peter Tolstoy
Heinz Lumpp, John Melcher
A. TOUR OF BHP STEEL USA, INC. FACILITY
Gordon Manning, BHP Project Manager, made a presentation regarding the company's
organization and products.
Pete Pitassi, Pete Pitassi Architects, Inc., 8439 White Oak Ave., St. 105, Rancho
Cucamonga, reviewed the building modifications.
Mr. Manning conducted a tour of the facility.
The Planning Commission discussed how the Planning Commission might be helpful
in bringing other businesses into the community.

The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
