PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Adjourned Meeting
February 8, 1994
Chairman Barker called the Adjourned Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission to order at 5:45 p.m. The meeting was held at the Tolstoy
residence, 9540 Hillside Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

The consensus of the Commission was to reconvene on March 2, 1994, at 5:00
p.m. to address the work program.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.

Acting Secretary
Dan Coleman, Principal Planner, stated that the Commission should review the
Planning Division Work Program priorities accordingly.
The Planning Commission discussed the goals and priorities of the Planning
Commission for 1994. It was the consensus of the Commission that a priority
should be to review the City's General Plan and Industrial Area Specific Plan,
particularly land use. The Commission agreed that these documents are living
documents that are due for a teevaluation based upon changes in the community
and region, as well as changes in the marketplace.
