PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Adjourned Meeting
February 3, 1993
Chairman McNiel called the Adjourned Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission to order at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the Tolstoy
residence, 9540 Hillside Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

PLANNING COMMISSION GOALS & PRIORITIES
Chairman McNiel summarized the various topics discussed at previous Goals and
Priorities workshops and observed that the Commission had decided to meet on
the topic on a monthly basis or more often if needed.
It was the consensus of the Commission that evaluation of the Commission's
role in the process is important. The Commission agreed the process must be
user friendly and expectations must be clearly identified, documented, and
communicated early in the process.
