PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Adjourned Meeting
December 2, 1992
Chairman McNiel called the Adjourned Meeting of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission to order at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the Tolstoy
residence, 9540 Hillside Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

PLANNING COMMISSION GOALS AND PRIORITIES
There was a general discussion about the design review process and the length
of time required for processing.
Commissioner Tolstoy reviewed the history of the Commission. There was
discussion about the early workshops during the adoption of the General
Plan. Commissioner Tolstoy felt the newsletters to the community regarding
the progress on the General Plan were worthwhile. There was discussion about
the importance of community input.
The Commission discussed the possibility of an open house with potential
involvement of the Park and Recreation Commission, Historic Preservation
Commission, and Public Safety Commission.
It was the consensus of the Commission that they would reconvene on January 6,
1993, at 5:00 p.m. for further discussions on the subject.
