State law prohibits the Board from addressing any issue not previously included on the Agenda. The Board may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual. D. CONSENT CALENDAR The following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They will be acted upon by the Community & Arts Foundation Board at one time without discussion. Any item may be removed by a Member or member of the audience for discussion. D1. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Community & Arts Foundation meeting held June 13, 2018. 1 D2.
