AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC
PLAN AMENDMENT 88-01 EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF SUBAREA 3
(GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF THE AREA ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF ARROW ROUTE, BETWEEN HELLM~ AND
VINEYARD, CURRENTLY LOCATED IN SUB AREA 2 (GENERAL
INDUSTRIAL )
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June, 1988, the Planning Commission
initiated the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of July, 1988, the Planning Commission held a
duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65864 of the California
Government Code, and recommended to the City Council approval of this
Amendment.
SECTION 1:

The Ranch· Cucamonga City Council has made the following
That the properties identified in Exhibit "A" are
part of the Industrial Specific Plan; and
That the subject property is suitable for the uses
permitted in the Industrial Specific Plan in terms of
access, size, and compatibility with existing land
use in the surrounding area; and
That the proposed subarea boundary will not have
significant impact on the environment, nor the
surrounding properties; and
That the proposed change is in conformance with the
General Plan.
SECTION__2: The Ranch· Cucamonga City Council has found that this
project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and
approves issuance of a Negative Declaration on August 17, 1988.
SECTION_~: The City Council of the City of Ranch· Cucamonga hereby
ordains as follows:
That pursuant to Section 65850 through 65855 of the
California Government Code, that the City Council of
the City of Ranch· Cucamonga hereby approves on the
17th day of August, 1988, Industrial Specific Plan
Amendment 88-01 as outlined in Exhibits "B" and "C".

SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1988.
