The City Councll of the city of Rancho Cucamonga, Callfornla, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby fluds and determlues the
fol lowins:
That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga,
followlng a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed
by la~, recommends the rezonlng of the property hereinafter
described, and this City Councll has held a publlc hearing in the
time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered
said recommendation.
That this Community Plan amendment is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
That this Community Plan amendment is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

SECTION 2: The Community Plan of the Victoria Planned Community is
hereby amended as indicated on Exhibits "A", "B"and "C."
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general clrculation publlshed
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
