The City Councll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does
ordain as follows: ~
SECTION 1:

The City Council hereby flnd~ and determines the

That the Manning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
followlng a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed
by law. recommends the rezoning of the property herelnafter
described, and this city Councll has held a public hearing in the
time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered
said recommendation.
That this rezonlng is consistent with the General Plan of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga.

That this rezoning is consistent with the objectives of the
Development code of the city of Rancho Cucamonga.

That this rezonlng will have no significant envlrornental impact
as provided in the Negative Declaratlon filed hereln.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned
in the manner stated. and the Development District Hap is hereby amended as
indicated on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3: The Hayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
