CALIFORNT/. - APN FORTIONS OF 201-271-34 AND 41 (S~q~ ~IBIT "A"). AND 201-27 1-42 k~HEREAS, On May 25, 1988, the FlanninS Commission of the City of Rancho CucamonSa held a duly advertised public hearln8 pursuant to Section 65854 of the Californla Government Code and recommended to the City Council adoption of a chanSe in the district designation from Medium Residentls/ to Low-Medium Residential. ~aEREAS, On June 15, 1988, the City Council held a duly advertised public hearin8 pursuant to Section 65864 of the California Goverr=nent Code. SECTION 1: f ind InSs: The Rancho CucamonSa Council has made the followin8 That the subject property is suitable for the uses permitted in the proposed district in terms of access, size, and compatibility with existlnS land use in the surroundin8 area; and That the proposed District chanSe would not have significant impacts on the environment nor the surroundlnS properties; and That the proposed amendment is in conformance with the General Flan. SECTION 2% The Rancho CucamonSa Cit7 Council has found that this project will not create a siSnificant adverse impact on the environment and approves issuance of a NeSative Declaratlon on June 15, 1988. NO~, THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does Ordain as follows: SECTION 3: That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, that the City Councll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves on the 15th day of June, 1988, Development District Amendment 88-O1 chartSinS the District designation from Medium Residential to Low-Medium Resldentis/ for those properties located north of Highland Avenue, south of Lemon Avenue extension, and west of Deer Creek Channel. SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation publlshed in the City of Ontario, Ca_lifornla, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
