This is the time and place for the general public to address the City Council and Library Board.
State law prohibits t(~e Council and the Board from addressing any issue not previously included
on the agenda. The Council and the Board may receive testimony and set the matter for a
subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
