Subject: ACCEPT IMPROVEMENTS AND FILE A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
IMPROVEMENTS FOR DRC2003-01236 LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RED
OAK STREET, BETWEEN CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AND ASPEN AVENUE,
SUBMITTED BY HARVEY D. AND KAREN L. COHEN
The required improvements for DRC2003-01236 have been completed in an acceptable manner,
and it is recommended that the City Council accept said improvements and authorize the City
Engineer to file a Notice of Completion.
BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS:
As a condition of approval of completion of DRC2003-01236, located on the west side of Red Oak
Street, between Civic Center Drive and Aspen Avenue, the applicant was required to complete
improvements. The improvements have been completed.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR DRC2003-01236 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DRC2003-01236 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino. County.
