Thank you for giving the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works the opportunity to
comment on the above -referenced project. We received this request on December 9, 2015, and
pursuant to our review, the following comments are provided:

1. Prior to any encroachment on District right-of-way, a permit shall be obtained from the District's
Permits/Operations Division, Permit Section. Other on -site or off -site improvements may be
required which cannot be determined at this time.
