Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, no subsequent or supplemental EIR or Negative Declaration is required in connection with subsequent discretionary approvals of the same project. Recommendation • Staff recommends that the Planning Commission DRC2016-00724 through adoption of the Resolution of Approval with Conditions. approve attached
