• Wood frame construction painted with a palette
of about five colors and finished with stucco.
• Roof line varies and the roofing is proposed to
be tile of various colors to reflect a mission
and colonial revival style
• Details include: Iron work, arched windows,
decorative balconies with metal railings,
mosaic tile, shutters, foam cornices and
trellises throughout the property.

Environmental Assessment
• The applicant submitted environmental studies
including a parking study and a traffic study;
• Staff reviewed the studies and concluded that there
would not be any significant effect on the environment;
• Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act,
staff has determined that the project is Categorically
Exempt under Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions)
and 15332 (In -Fill Development Projects).
Public Notification
• The item was duly advertised as a public
hearing and one comment was received by
Staff in response to the public notifications.
