Will III m J `! --- Policy Question • Applicant proposes shingle roof material to match Stoebe House, • While Development Code Section 17.36.010.F.6 prohibits the use of composition shingle for "new development within Residential Zoning Districts," the development code does not explicitly prohibit composition shingle on non-residential structures, such as schools, within Residential Zones. Development Code also does not provide design guidelines for schools, - The applicant has provided an alternative roofing material for the school (flat profile concrete tile roof) for the DRC's consideration.
