Environmental Review
• Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted on
October 10, 2007, in connection with the City's
approval of Tentative Tract Map SUBTT17444
• CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, states that no
subsequent or supplemental review is necessary if
the scope of the project has not changed from that
considered as part of the original CEQA review
Staff Recommendation
• Staff recommends approval of Resolution 20-43 to approve
the Time Extension
• The new expiration date is October 10, 2021
