of the EHNCP Specific Plan and adoption of the EIR;
10/02/19 - City Council approves/adopts the EHNCP
Specific Plan;
11/06/19 — City Council certifies the EIR;
01 /16/20 - Annexation application submitted to the Local
Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO);
Review Timeline
03/12/20 - Department Review Committee meeting at
LAFCO;
05/18/20 - Certificate of Filing issued by LAFCO;
07/15/20 - LAFCO approves the annexation;
07/16/ - 08/15/20 - Consideration period begins/ends
NEXT STEP 09/24/20 - Protest proceedings by LAFCO
