LIBRARY SUBCOMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The City of Rancho Cucamonga Library Subcommittee held a special meeting on Wednesday,
February 12, 2020, in the Tapia Conference Room located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho
Cucamonga, California. Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Present were Council Members Mayor Pro Tern Lynne Kennedy and Kristine Scott.

C1. Approve and file minutes of: May 13, 2019. (Joint Special Meeting)
MOTION: Moved by Mayor Pro Tem, seconded by Council Member Scott,to approve the Minutes
of May 13, 2019.
C2. Discussion of MacMillan eBooks Embargo. (Verbal Report)
Library Director Sowles presented information on the MacMillan eBooks embargo and its impacts
on the Library's ability to provide resources to the community.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 4:07 p.m.
