A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT, DRA-44 FOR PLANNED DRAINAGE FACILITY
CONSTRUCTION IN THE GENERAL CITY DRAINAGE AREA, FOR
MASTER PLAN STOM DRAIN LINE 1 E LOCATED EAST OF CARNELIAN
STREET AND SOUTH OF VICARA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its consideration
Reimbursement Agreement, DRA-44 for Planned Drainage Facility Construction in the General City
Drainage Area, for Master Plan Storm Drain Line 1 E submitted by New Weaver Lane, LLC., the developer
of Tract 20042, located on the east side of Carnelian Street and south of Vicara Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required storm drainage
facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested reimbursement for the master plan storm drain portion
of the drainage improvements, as per Section 13.090.070 of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY
RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement submitted by said developer be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest thereto.
