LIBRARY SUBCOMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The City of Rancho Cucamonga Library Subcommittee held a special meeting on Wednesday,
May 19, 2021, in the Rains Conference Room located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho
Cucamonga, California. Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.
Present were Council Members Mayor Pro Tern Lynne Kennedy and Kristine Scott.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
None.
ITEMS OF •
C1. Approve and File Minutes of: June 18, 2020.
MOTION: Moved by Council Member Scott, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy, to approve
the Minutes of June 18, 2020.
C2. Review and Screening of Applications Received to Serve on the Library Board of Trustees.
Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy and Council Member Scott reviewed applications for the three pending
Library Board of Trustees vacancies and selected candidates to invite to the interview stage of
the recruitment process.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pro Tern Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 4:13 p.m.
