BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
AND THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
The City of Rancho Cucamonga("City")and the Rancho Cucamonga City Employees Association
("RCCEA) (collectively, the "Parties") entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")
that commenced on July I, 2022, and expires on December 31,2024.
The Parties met and conferred in good faith in November and December of 2022. The Parties
agreed to amend Section 4 of the current MOU, "Equity Adjustment" for certain RCCEA covered
Engineering positions.
Section 53 would be modified to read (the modifications are highlighted in yellow and the existing
text would remain unchanged):
SECTION 4: EQUITY ADJUSTMENT
Effective December 19. 2022. the following RCCEA positions shall receive an equity
adjustment:
Engineering Technician— 5%
Assistant Engineer—8%
Associate Engineer—8%
Effective the second full pay period in June 2023, the following RCCEA positions shall
receive an equity adjustment to bring them closer to 5%of market:
• Animal Services Supervisor—7%
• Human Resources Technician—6%
This Side Letter of Agreement shall be incorporated into the MOU. The MOU shall remain in full
force and effect except to the extent modified by this Side Letter of Agreement. This Side Letter
of Agreement shall not be effective until ratified by the City Council and approved by the Rancho
Cucamonga City Employees Association.
