A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT AND RELEASING
THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED
BY CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 16, 1998° "-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, did
consider an Improvement Agreement, related Security and Monumentation Cash Deposit,
submitted by D.R. Horton, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to
the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the north side of Base
Line Road, approximately 800' west of Victoria Park Lane, and release of the previously
approved Improvement Agreement and Security for R.C. Apartments L.L.C.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that (1) said Improvement Agreement, Security, and
Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by D.R. Horton are hereby approved, (2) the previously
• approved Improvement Agreement:from R.C. Apartments L.L.C. are released and (3) the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said 'ImproVement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3td day of January 2001.
