• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LICENSE
AGREEMENT FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 16081, STORM DRAIN
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE ON SAN BERNARDINO
ASSOCIATED GOVERNMENT'S PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration a License Agreement by San Bernardino Governments (SANBAG) for the
improvement of public right-of-way on, over, under, across and along the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the west side of Day Creek Boulevard
between Victoria Park Lane and Railroad Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements described in said agreement and
subject to the terrnsthereof, is to bei done in conjunction with and subject to the conditions and
map; and l
WHEREAS, said License Agreement requires payment of a one-time license fee in the
amount of $1,000.00, which Trimark Pacific Homes, L.P., as developer, agrees to pay as
consideration for the right granted and identified in said License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
• CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said License Agreement is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said License Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
