• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF HERMOSA AVENUE STREET AND
STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON THE EAST SIDE OF
HERMOSA AVENUE 2000 FEET SOUTH OF WILSON AVENUE,
CONTRACT NO. 00-068 AND AUTHORIZE THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements Hermosa Avenue Street and
Storm Drain Improvements on the East Side of Hermosa Avenue 2000 Feet South of Wilson
Avenue, Contract No. 00-068, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
_.WHEREAS, a Notice,'of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2001
