A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 14120, -2 AND -3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 4, 2000, by
Mar Vista Homes, a California Corporation, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the on
the south side of Vintage Drive, west of Etiwanda Avenue.
WHEREAS, the insfallation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreemeri[ and subtect to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said Tract 14120, -2 and -3; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement Extension.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4`h day of October 2000.
