A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FY 1999/2000 LOCAL STREET
REHABILITATION SLURRY SEAL, CONTRACT NO. 00-019
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements FY 1999/2000 Local Street
Rehabilitation Slurry Seal, Contract No. 00-019, has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
' WHEREAS; a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18`h day of October 2000.
