A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR DR 99-32
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California,has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed by Sunrise Rancho Cucamonga Assisted
Living, LLC as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the south side of Base Line Road, east of
Amethyst Street; and
WHEREAS, the Ihstallation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property referred to as DR 99-32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California,that said Improvement and said Improvement Security be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 51" day of January 2000.
