A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR DR 98-10 FOR TRACT 13316
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California,has for ifs
consideration an Improvement Agreement by Barratt American, Inc. as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the east side of Archibald Avenue north of Carrari Court; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property referred to as DR 98-10; and
WHEREAS,said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, H1=REBY RESOLVES as.follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the Mayor
is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to release the previously accepted
Improvement Agreement and Improvement Securities.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19`" day of July 2000.
