A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
DRAINAGE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT FROM GENERAL
DYNAMICS PROPERTIES, INC.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration a Drainage Acceptance Agreement,executed on July 19,2000,by General Dynamics
Properties, Inc., as Developer, for the acceptance of public drainage water discharged from the
proposed 5`h Street onto Parcels 6 and 7 of Parcel Map 14647; and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of such public drainage water in said Drainage
Acceptance Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of Parcel Map No. 15350; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of
Parcel Map No. 15350 said Developer has offered the Drainage Acceptance Agreement submitted
herewith for approval and execution by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Drainage Acceptance Agreement be and the same
is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City,and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of July 2000.
