A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 5639
(TENETATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5639).
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 5639, submitted by David
Weibe and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the eastside of Etiwanda
Avenue at Candlewood Street being a division of Lot 12 Block R of Etiwanda
Colony Lands was approved by the City Engineer of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5639 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map No. 5639 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1980.
