A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
WORK AT HAVEN AVENUE AND AMBER LANE AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK.
WHEREAS, the traffic signal installation at the intersection
of Haven Avenue and Amber Lane (Chaffey College) has been completed
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1980.
