A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP
NUMBER 5687. (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5687)
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 5687, submitted by
Linville-Sanderson-Horn and consisting of two (2) parcels, located at
the northeast corner of Base Line and Rochester, being a division of
S.E. ¼ of S.E. ¼, Sec. 31, T.I.N., R.6W was approved by the City
Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5687 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been
met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 5687 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1980.
