A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO. 9262
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 9262, consisting of forty-
six (46) lots, submitted by William Lyon Co., Subdivider, located on the
east side of Vineyard, south of Base Line, has been submitted to the
City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as
provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City, together with good and sufficient improvement security, and
submits for approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public
use the streets delineated thereon:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said
City, the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and,
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and suf-
ficient, subject to approval as to form and content thereof by
the City Attorney; and,
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating
same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute
the certificate thereon on behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1980.
