A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF LOCAL AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT NO. 08-5420,
SUPPLEMENT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga wishes to take advantage of
additional State funding for their construction of Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, said funding requires the execution of Local Agency -
State Agreement No. 08-5420, Supplement No. 2 an authorized agent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga approves the execution of Local Agency - State
Agreement No. 08-5420, Program Supplement No. 2 and authorized and
directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement on its behalf
and transmit to the State for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1980.
