A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF VINEYARD AVENUE FAU PROJECT AGREE '
MENT BETWEEN RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND ONTARIO
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga wishes to avail itself
of the design engineering capability of the City of Ontario for the
design services on the Vineyard Avenue FAU Project, and
WHEREAS, said services require the execution of an agreement
between Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario to provide Ontario with funding for
the Rancho Cucamonga portion of the design work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga approves the execution of the agreement between
Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario and authorizes and directs the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute said agreement on its behalf and transmit to the
City of Ontario for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1980.
