A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
R~CHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
WHEREAS, The City of Rancho Cucamonga recognizes the prior
rights of the Southern California Edison Company with respect to its
power pole on the northwest corner of Archibald Avenue and Base Line
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga approves the execution of the Joint Use
Agreement and authorizes and directs the M~yor and City Clerk to execute
said agreement on its behalf and transmit to the Southern California
Edison Company for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1980.
