A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF LOCAL AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT
NO. 08-5420 AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 -
REVISION 1
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga wishes to take advantage of
additional state funding for the construction of signals at the intersections
of Archibald Avenue .d Church Street and Base Line and Hellman Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, said funding requires the execution of Local Agency -
State Agreement No. 08-5420 and Program Supplement No. 1 Revision 1 by
an authorized agent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga approves the execution of Local Agency - State
Agreement No. 08-5420 and Program Supplement No. 1 Revision 1 and
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement
on its behalf and transmit to the State for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1980.
