A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY,
AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 9423
~ER~S, The Tentative Map of Tract No. 9423, consisting of 20
lots, submitted by Coral Investments, Subdivider, located on the west
side of Beryl Avenue south of Base Line Road has been submitted to the
City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as
provided in the Subdivision ~p Act of the State of California, and in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
~ER~S, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement ~reement submitted herewith for approval and execution by
said City, together with good and sufficient improvement security, and
submits for approval said Final ~p offering for dedication for public
use the streets delineated thereon;
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. hat said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City, and
the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and,
2. That said improvement security is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to fom and content thereof by the City
Attorney; and,
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating same
be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the cer-
tificate thereon on behalf of said City.
PASSED, ~PROVED, and ~OPTED this 19th day of March, 1980.
