A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING A
HAZARD MITIGATION COORDINATOR AND A HAZARD
MITIGATION PLANNER
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does
resolve as follows:
1. Lloyd Hubbs, City Engineer, is hereby designated the
Hazard Mitigation Coordinator for the City, and he is hereby
empowered to exercise the powers and perform all the functions
of that position as set forth in 44CFR, part 205, subpart M,
commencing with Section 205.400 and all other applicable
Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations.
2. Jack Lam, Community Development Director, is hereby designated
the Hazard Mitigation Planner, and is hereby empowered to
exercise the powers and perform all the functions of that
position as set forth in applicable Federal and State laws,
rules, and regulations.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 1980.
