A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 5760 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5760)
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative Parcel Map Number 5760, submitted by
Joseph Hyde Engineering Company, and consisting of seven (7) parcels,
located at the northeast corner of Milliken and 6th, being a division of
Lot 1 of Tract No. 2105 was approved by the City Engineer of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga on February 26, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 5760 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been
met by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by O'Donnell, Brigham & Partners as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said improvement
agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk
to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 5760 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to
the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1980.
