A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS
MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT FOR A CITY MEASURE
WHEREAS, a regular general municipal election is to be held in
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 8, 1980, at which there will be
submitted to the qualified electors of said City the following City measure:

City Treasurer be appointive? NO
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ranch Cucamonga,
California DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER, as follows:
Section 1. That this City Council, being the legislative body
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby authorizes
Arthur Bridge,
Jon Mikels,
Michael Palombo,
Phillip Schlosser,
James C. Frost
members of said body, to file a written argument for the City measure set
forth in the recitals hereof in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3,
Division 5 of the Elections Code of the State of California and to change
said argument until and including the date fixed by the City Clerk after
which no arguments for or against said City measure may be submitted to
him.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1980
